## ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

# 1. YOU MUST:

## 1.1 
use KOADX in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy and the terms and conditions;

## 1.2 
use KOADX in good faith and in the manner in which is intended;

## 1.3 
read the Documentation and ensure that you use KOADX in accordance with it; and

## 1.4 
let us know if you become aware of anything which concerns you regarding KOADX, including any security issues or any breach

or potential breach of the terms or this Acceptable Use Policy by you or any other party.

# 2. YOU MUST NOT USE KOADX OR ANY GENERATED CODE IN A MANNER THAT:

## 2.1 
breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;

## 2.2 
may damage the reputation of NionNet or KOADX, or of any customer or user; and/or

## 2.3 
is unlawful or, fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

# 3. YOU MUST NOT:

## 3.1 
use automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with KOADX (unless those automated scripts have been

provided by KOADX for that purpose or otherwise expressly authorised for use in connection with KOADX);

## 3.2 
reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of KOADX;

## 3.3 
use the Generated Code to train any large language model (LLM) or artificial intelligence (AI);

## 3.4 
create Generated Code purely for the purposes of reselling that Generated Code (as opposed to incorporating that Generated

Code into a Customer Application), or resell any Generated Code in isolation from a Customer Application;

## 3.5 
use the Generated Code as part of any service which has similar functionality to or otherwise competes with KOADX;

## 3.6 
access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:

### 3.6.1 
any part of KOADX;  
### 3.6.2 
any equipment or network on which KOADX is stored;

### 3.6.3 
any software used in the provision of KOADX; or

### 3.6.4 
any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party;

## 3.7 
attempt to circumvent any security measure or other restriction; and

## 3.8 
transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers,

spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any

computer software or hardware, or to attack KOADX via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

# 4. THE GENERATED CODE MUST NOT BE USED IN ANY CUSTOMER APPLICATION OR IN ANY OTHER WAY THAT INVOLVES,

ADVOCATES PROMOTES OR ASSISTS:

## 4.1 
the distribution of material which is obscene, sexually explicit, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;  
## 4.2 
fraud or deceit;

## 4.3 
violence, any illegal, unlawful, immoral or unethical activity, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability,

sexual orientation, age or other characteristics protected by applicable law;

## 4.4 
the infringement of the Intellectual Property Rights or other rights of any person;

## 4.5 
the breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;

## 4.6 
harming or attempting to harm any individual, company or other body in any way; and/or

## 4.7 
accessing any computer, system, data or network in an unauthorised manner.

# 5. WHERE YOU PROVIDE US WITH ANY CUSTOMER CONTENT, YOU MUST ENSURE THAT THE CUSTOMER CONTENT:

## 5.1 
is accurate;  
## 5.2 
is not defamatory or derogatory to any person or obscene, sexually explicit, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

## 5.3 
does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any person; and

## 5.4 
does not breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
